Windows 10: Gettong Install Error 0x8007001F - 0x20006 Upgrading Win 7 to Win 10

Hello, I am getting the above error upgrading from Win 7 to Win 10 on an MSI netbook.The upgrade runs for about 40 minutes before this error appears.I have run CCCleaner to check the PC regsitry, disk space etc, but still getting the error.Any suggestions greatly received

Upgrading from Win 7 to 10 getting error 0x8007001F - 0x20006

I have a Dell latitude E7250 running win 7 pro.

Trying to upgrade it to win 10. I've downloaded the Win 10 .iso to a dvd using the win 10 media creation tool.

The PC doesn't have a disk drive - so accessed one across the network, but got an error.

So downloaded it again to a usb stick. Tried to boot from this, but it says I can't upgrade this way, I have to boot normally then run setup from the USB.

After 10 or so minutes got the 0x8007001F - 0x20006 error msg.

Looked on support sites - and so far have:

- Cleared Win 7 cache

- Cleared c:/windows/softwareDistribution folder.

- Created/added a 'ie.cgf' file in the source folder of Win 10 setup.

Still getting the same error

Any help/guidance much appreciated.

PC - I want to upgrade (rather than fresh-install) so that I can keep all the programs & the product-keys- and Office365 program registration

win 10 pro does not let me upgrade anymore from 1703 for the last 2 years
