    Long story short my Grandma forgot her account password (local account). I dont have a recovery drive but is there anyways for me to reset the password?

    Grandma used our comp and signed herself as ADMIN.

    PC for my Grandma

    Does your grandma need windows?
    because if not then Linux is going to be easier for her to use. That's what I did for my grandma I took an old VAIO put Linux on it and explained to my grandma how to open and use Skype and Firefox (the only software she wants to use.)
    +1 to using an AMD APU
