Windows 10: ghost cross check, random non-functional button on my screen

hi,

since I have set up secondary monitor to portrait.

I saw this random cross "close button" on my desktop wich doesn't do any thing.

i think it some kind of bug (it doest go away when i restart my pc). I guess it's some kind of left over from other programs, but im honestly not sure. How can I get rid of it ? )

Windows 10 - ghost-like cross on Desktop





Hi. After I have installed Windows 10 (10.0.10586) on my computer, I have got a ghost-like cross on my desktop. If I push it, action center appears.

How do I remove the cross?
