Windows 10: Ghost Enter Click

I don't know why but my pc is getting ghost clicks without any reason. It is just that I am typing or using my mouse pad that my pc inputs enter click for suppose I am typing a question in google and suddenly an enter click happens to search that without my will. It has never happened before nor I have spilled any liquid on my laptop or put some dirt in keys. Please help.Thankyou

Thank for providing us the information. We've already tried multiple troubleshooting steps and the same issue still persists. In this case, let's try to troubleshoot your issue by eliminating ghost login, follow the steps below:

• First, open netplwiz, then uncheck the box for Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.
• Then, on the pop-up window, click Cancel.
• Make sure the box for Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer should be checked again.
• Lastly, click OK.

These will help us to eliminate ghost login.

Lenovo Yoga 710 Laptop Ghost-Touching

Hello Claire_167, I am an independent Windows advisor and will be happy to assist you.

To disable the touchscreen you the computer, follow the method below.

Step 1: Open Device Manager, press Win key & X

Step 2: Select Device Manager from the list

(drag the device manager to the right side of the screen to avoid the ghost touching)

Step 3: expand Human Interface Devices

step 4: Right click HID-complaint device and select Disable device

Do this for each HID-complaint device if there are multiple

Step 5: Select yes on the confirmation box

Let me know when you complete this method so we can move onto resolving the ghost touching issue.
