Windows 10: Ghost 'loading' pop up keeps coming back

Since a week or so, a loading bar, keeps popping up, on the top left of my screen through everything I do. Each time just flashes, it took me days to find out what it said, in dutch : de toepassing wordt geinitialiseerd, een ogenblik geduld. In english : the app is being initiated, a moment patience ??Sometimes it shows a progres bar, sometimes red, sometimes green, or no progres and that is it, its gone again, I can't even touch it with the mouse. There is no further details, i tried finding out if something is downloading, but I can find nothing.And I have not been, actively, downloading a

We would suggest you to update the graphics drivers and check.

the options will pop out after loading the disc choose

boot cd

then the list (step by step)

Next...
Dos....
USB Drivers....
Load USB Drivers with no386.....

Ask you load cd drivers. NO
Ask you load SCSI drivers. NO
Ask you anything NO.
USB driver list comes out. 8 Don't choose anything else.

type
C:\ (that should be your mp3 player if you did it right)

atiflash -i
to list the adapters

atiflash -p -f 0 ???.bin

done.........

 

How to remove ghost system folder

Thank you for pointing me to another forum. I tried all the suggestions listed on the page your link took me to, but none of them worked for me. I have posted what I did which resulted in the ghost folder, so hopefully someone will come up with a solution
for me. I'll let you know. Thanks again for taking the time to post the link.
