Windows 10: Ghost post issues on my CMS

Hello guys, I was recommended to this forum on Telegram and my reason for being here is because for several days I have been having problems with my website and it is that every day approximately 7-8 notes are published in the "none" category and I don't know what do to stop this problem, it should be noted that my website is created under a CMS and the publications are annoying since I try to take my website in a good place.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
