ghosting of text input boxes over adjacent input boxes

I upgraded to Windows 11 a couple of weeks ago and ever since have struggled with ghosting of text from different input boxes displaying over each other, see images attached. This is when using engineering design software called TEDDS by Tekla. When I pass my mouse cursor over the problem text boxes they sort themselves out briefly before returning to the ghosting.I have tried three different screens but the problem persists on all of them.I have tuned off menu fading, etc., have my display refresh rate as high as it will go 60Hz, and I am at 100% scaling.I never had this before on Windows 10.

    :)

  3. The search box on the Taskbar and in Windows Explorer will not accept any typing input

The search box on the taskbar will not accept any typing input.

Nor will the search box in Windows Explorer.

Normal behavior: Click in the white box where it says "Type here to search", and type.

New, incorrect behavior: Click in the white box where it says "Type here to search", but the box does not accept any input.

Same for the search box in Windows Explorer.

    Workarounds: None found so far.

Research: Google - multiple documents, none of which were exact matches. Applied many of the "solutions" suggested, to no avail.

Restarting the computer does not help.

Input into other applications (Word, Excel, Chrome, etc) is usually absolutely fine. Sometimes (about once a week) text typed into the Chrome browser does not reflect the input, e.g. I type "target" and the screen displays "rfotlt". If I retype the input
into Word, I can copy and paste into the browser. So I have a workaround. Restarting fixes this. (I don't need a solution for this, it is just FYI.)

    Speech Input

Is there a way that I can use speech-to-text input instead of the keyboard input for all text boxes? Android has a microphone key on the keyboard which lets you enter text via speech recognition. However, I don't see an option of using speech on normal
input boxes. It seems to be available for things like searching and for messaging but I would like to have the option to use speech for all text boxes. Is that possible?
