  1. Giant messy concotion of issues that may or may not be related to each other

So, I am lost and I was just about to restore my laptop to factory settings when I thought to ask here.

    1. I can't install updates 2004 KB4586781 and 20H2. I keep getting error code 0x800706ba. According to WindowsReport, the code refers to corrupted system files. I ran sfc, and it says the following:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log.

WindowsReport said to then run DISM, which I did, and it apparently finished successfully, but the issue isn't resolved yet.

This where issue 2 comes in.

    1. I tried to run the Windows Update troubleshooter, and it wouldn't run. First off, I get a SmartScreen window, and it says: "msdt.exe Publisher: Unknown". I click ok, and it tries to run but fails saying "An issue prevents the troubleshooting from running", with error code 0x800706BA. It also says "Access

    2. Before running sfc in issue 1, I had to open command line as admin, and when I did, I also got a SmartScreen window saying "Publisher: Unknown".

    3. Looking for answers, I ended up somewhere requiring me to run services.msc, and as it turns out, I can't run it. I get a RED SmartScreen window saying (please note, I'm translating, my PC is in Spanish)

This program has been blocked for your protection.

An administrator blocked this application so that you can't run it. To get more information, contact the admin.

    mmc.exe

    Publisher: Unknown

However, I am the sole user, and admin, of my laptop.

    1. I have also rebooted the laptop a couple of times since yesterday, and every time it takes ages to get from the Lenovo splash page into Windows, and then some more time to get from the login into the desktop.

I don't know if I should have included stuff like screenshots or the CBS.log file. I am honestly desperate right now.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

Giant messy concotion of issues that may or may not be related to each other

recovery image is a bit messy

yes,I get the usb boot rescue Win10 to fix it.
Do you suggest to delete some partitions?
I wanted to do it, but not sure how to safely do it, since on diskpartr and disk managment I see few partitions (the 6 ones listed above in the 1st post), but with advanced partition manager softwarems, I can see a lot of tiny partitions and among them different situations, maybe because I have a SSD and I've aligned them with MiniTool, let's see:
