Windows 10: Gift card refund

Discus and support Gift card refund in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I purchased minecraft as a gift and when purchasing it said you can receive a refund within 14 days of purchase.     I purchased minecraft as a gift and when purchasing it said you can receive a refund within 14 days of purchase. I am trying to get my refund gift card was not used and i am within the 14 days. When i tried to follow the instructions that customer online support gave me the link and options do not exist. They said i need to go to order history and request return option which doesnt exist. Another method was go to gift purchase history and that option doesnt exist either. I cant seem to reach anyone and its as if refunds are an impossible thing to actually get with nowhere to complain. Its quite dissapointing

    There is no option for refund? I can see on the purchased game but not the gift card?
