Windows 10: gift

I would like to give my computer to my cousin which she will be using for her schooling . This is a high specs PC and I think it will help her a lot.Im planning to remove my account to the computer and remove all my files. How do I obtain that kind of process and I want to give it to her like its new. I need help.

Using a Microsoft gift card for purchases

Thanks for your response.

I do get a method of payment option, but it does not list my Microsoft account. There is also a place for debit/credit/gift card payments, but my gift card number does not match the spaces needed.

Any other suggestions?
