Windows 10: Gigabit connection limited to 100mbps

Hello everyone.

I have a gigabit connection, but using the ethernet I can reach only 100mbps.

Yes, my router supports gigabit connection. Using the 5ghz Wi-Fi I can reach up to 600mbps.
My network adapter is the "Realtek pcie gbe family controller". Gbe means it support gigabit connection. Drivers are up to date. I have set "1 GBPS full duplex" in the control panel, i'm using cat5e cables, I have done all what that can be done. But both Windows and the router control panel says "100mbps".
Could someone help me?

You would be mistaken. What you are showing in your screenshot is your WiFi connection to your router and has nothing to do with what your ISP is providing (except that your internet connection will be limited by the WiFi speed if your ISP is pushing a higher speed.)

If you want to know what your ISP is providing, you need to use a speed test like Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test

im think it support to gigabit
Port: 2POTS+4GE+1USB+WiFi.
im already try 4 port still unplug if im set manual 1.0gbps but if im set auto it detect but only 100mbps


or im missing something???

 

Gigabit port running at 100mbps

I got a gigabit switch the other day and I'm just now playing around with it and so far everything is good to go except my main computer that is running at 100mbps in the "Local Area Connection Status". It's the onboard 8111c from Realtek. I'm running CAT5e cables and I tried messing with the settings such as jumbo frame and whatnot and nothing changes it to 1gbps. This is so annoying cuz I rarely hit 10mbps when transferring files. I COULD try another cable but I know I don't have one as long as I need for my desktop. Any suggestions?
