Windows 10: Gigabyte Aero - problem with keyboard operation

I saw that some people have problems with the keyboard on Gigabite AERO laptops. My keyboard also stopped working this morning after turning on the laptop. I did something that helped. We'll see for how long.1. Open the C:\Program Files\GIGABYTE\Control Center folder2. run Uninstall_Package.exeIn my case, on AERO Gigabyte Aero 17 XE5 - Wondows11 Pro, the keyboard started and works.

Aero

When I launched a program new window opened and it was suggesting to disable aero to get better performance, so i disabled aero. But now i want to turn on aero again but i can't or don't know how to do it. Is it posible to tur on back again? Help

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

Here are the first two steps you need to take:

• Try a different keyboard (or an external USB keyboard in case of a laptop)
• See if the problem persists with the on-screen keyboard (osk.exe)
