Windows 10: Gigabyte Aorus WiFi 6E GC-WBAX210 non-fucntional bluetooth

Sorry for asking product specific questions but I have tried everything to find a fix and I just can't. Essentially, the product is installed completely properly, TRIPLE CHECKED this fact. All up-to-date drivers are installed for both WiFi and Bluetooth, the card itself is plugged into a USB 2.0 header, the receiver is screwed in, so on and so forth. The WiFi works amazingly well. The bluetooth is nonexistent at this moment. I can only connect my keyboard which functions fine on bluetooth ive used it on other devices about half the time on the bluetooth menu, and the other half will disconne

I just bought a Gigabyte GC-WBAX210 (rev. 1.0) The wifi Works amazing but i cant get the BlueTooth to work, I have all drivers have checked for windows update i have restarted everything Pls Help

 

How can I get bluetooth to work?

I have a custom build with an MSI Z390 Gaming Plus and an i9-9900k. In theory, after I install an internal WiFi + Bluetooth card via PCIe, I should have both, right? After I installed my GIGABYTE WiFi 6e GC-WBAX210, which provides both WiFi and Bluetooth, I should have both. While the WiFi properties of the card work, Bluetooth does not. I've tried updating and reinstalling drivers. I've tried checking the internal USB connection to verify it was installed correctly, I've tried switching the antenna wires to see if one was bad, I've tried different PCIe slots, but nothing worked. Hopefully you guys have some tips that can help?
