Windows 10: Gigabyte BIOS page is opening on the start-up of the pc

My pc was working fine 2 days back. Today when I try to start it,only this screen is visible. when I am doing save and exit, same page is opening again. Don't know what goes wrong. my pc have only 1 nvme SSD of 250gb, no harddrive. When I am checking in the peripheral> NVME Configaration , it is showing "no NVME Device found" . I don't know whether my SSD is creating the trouble or not.Please help if anyone can figure it out. If required I will provide more screenshots if needed. Thanks in advance .

Gigabyte board BIOS upgrade - need instructions

@DrCarl, no need to do a step upgrade (upgrade from successive versions). Just get the latest version and update with that. It will have the fixes from the previous updates so no need for 1,2,3.

After the update, you'll want to go into the BIOS and hit "Load Optimized defaults" as this will insure your BIOS is configured for the hardware installed. In fact the owner's manual suggests doing so anytime a BIOS update or CMOS battery replacement is done.

If you have any custom BIOS settings you'll need to reconfigure them after the update as they aren't saved with the new update. Also why you need to at do the "Load Optimized defaults" thing.

Please see section 4.2 (page 72) of your owner's manual. Please make sure you follow the onscreen instructions and DO NOT TURN OFF THE PC while the update is progressing unless told to do so!!!

And yes, use the Q-Flash method. it's the one I've been using since getting my first of 5 Gigabyte boards. In fact I have the GA-X58A-UD5. My latest boards are listed in my system specs.

 

not able to load past the Gigabyte Bio screen

It started a few days ago and it would work for a few seconds, freeze, bluescreen then bring me to the bio screen for gigabyte. When i save and exit it restarts my pc then brings me back to the bios page. How do i stop/fix this?

 

After Windows 10 update, PC con't start

Good news, pc is back and running.
zBook was on the right track in that the BIOS was corrupted. However, the solution suggested did not work.
Fortunately, after considerable digging, I found some information on the Gigabyte site. Following their suggestions, I was able to restore the primary BIOS from the backup BIOS. The whole process took less than 10 minutes.
Basically, I had to:

1. Shut off the computer. Unplug all connections to the motherboard except the VGA/DVI output and the keyboard.
2. Press the POWER button and HOLD it. The computer will start and then shutdown. After the shutdown, release the POWER button.
3. Press and release the POWER button. The BIOS will go into recovery mode. A BIOS recovery screen will appear and you need only to select from the options that are presented.

This was a simple solution and I am now up and running.
