Windows 10: Github & Apache hack how do I stop their code from taking over my pc

It, he, or hacker has already taken over my computer, but I somehow caught a glimpse of the last warning , it said there’s bad code causing my pc inoperable- please refer to https://www.microsoft.com/stopcode My question is, how do I reset group policy when they have taken my admin rights away, & how do I stop this code from being in control of my computer? It has spread to my phone, my wife’s & her brothers phone, and our room mates. It recently took my internet rights away, said I don’t have privilege to use internet. Click Start

Type: cmd

Right click CMD

Click Run as administrator

Navigate to the default Apache installation directory, for example, C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Apache or wherever apache.exe is located.

You can CD Program Files\Apache Group\Apache

Hit Enter

At the command prompt, type apache -u.

Close the Command Prompt window.

Go to Windows Services and check that Apache is no longer listed as a service.

Press Windows key + R

Type: services.msc

Hit Enter

Uninstall Apache HTTP Server 1.3.26 in Programs and Features

Press Windows key + R

Type: appwiz.cpl

Hit Enter

Scroll through the list.

Delete any Apache installation directories in Windows Explorer, for example, C:\Apache.

 

Microsoft Acquires GitHub?

OS X Leopard Hacked for Intel PCs

Just one day after its release, Apple’s new OS X Leopard has already been hacked to work on standard Intel-based computers. Admittedly it isn’t guaranteed to work 100% yet, and is more than likely illegal in some way, but all you need to give it a try is a patched DVD image, a zip file with a patch and a USB flash drive. After that you’re just three easy steps away from running the new operating system on your Intel PC (SSE3 and later) but unfortunately there’s no AMD support available yet. As many PC owners have a slight dislike for Macs this may not be too appealing to everyone, but you can take a look at the procedure here.
