    Giving a wrong answer and locking the question is the new Microsoft support!!!!


    I asked a quiestion why Microsoft wants to force insecure 2FA options on customers.Some, supposedly, Microsoft employee replied, with an answer which has nothing to do wiht the issue. In school that would be a F-. Luckily MS doesnt grade their forum people, otherwise pretty much everyone would fail life.Here again.     Support - questions locked with no answer

    It never occurred to anyone to include this information in the notifications after each question that the thread is locked? Or maybe just redirect all searches on the community support site to onedrive.live.com? Is the user support system specifically
    tasked with frustrating customers, or is the idea to just waste their time until they give up and buy a new computer?

    Support - questions locked with no answer

    Most of the questions that turn up for my search subjects (regarding a OneDrive issue) have no answer but are locked. What use is that to anyone?
