  1. Giving Admin rights to Apps, programs & games for non-admin users

I'm sure this has been brought up a lot and I've looked around and just can't find anything manageable to do this with and if there is anything I would love to know. If there isn't I really think MS needs to add this to windows. We my wife and I have 10 children and at times we allow them to play on the pc's various games. A lot of these games require at some point admin privileges to access and/or run the game or some aspect of the gameanti-cheat programs with the gamesApex Legends, SWTOR are some examples. Or when a game is needing an update it requires it through Steam, EA App, Ubi

    admin rights keep disappearing!?!!

    Hi guys,

I am actually having a problem at work that our IT department hasn't been able to figure out. I am supposed to be a member of the admin group. We are on a domain. The problem is that everytime I reboot the computer I loose my admin rights(no longer in the administrator group) and just become a normal user again. I have tried googling this and didn't get to many results.
I believe IT is just giving me local admin rights, not admin rights for the whole domain.

    Any suggestions?

EDIT: It is on Windows XP Pro.

    ATITool 0.24 in non-admin user

Hmm, strange thing. I uninstalled v0.24 and installed v0.23, which works fine. After I read your advices, I installed v0.24 again and "Voila!", it starts in PowerUsers (non-admin) without errors/complains.
Thank you for your suggestions and sorry for the post.

    Admin Rights on a program

I was wondering if there was any way you could disable the need for an admin password when you use a program that requires one?

I am using a program that needs an admin password everytime it runs (it even has the admin symbol on its own symbol). It’s a pain to ask my bro every time to give me the pass so i was wondering if there was anyway i could disable the need for a pass altogether
(we are just looking at this PROGRAM, not giving the USER admin rights.)
