    Glitch in Newly purchased Lap with Windows 10 i3 10th gen


    Hello.!


    I purchased a new laptop a week back, Its HP Lap with windows 10 i3 10th gen. i'm facing a few issues ..kind of glitches i guess i don't know.


    1. I've changed the time to 12H from 24H. From then whenever the laptop starts, on the lock-screen it first shows say 17.50 later screen glitches back to 5.50 PM. Everytime when i laptop is turned on from its the same. the time will be 24H and screen goes of and on in a split second and shows 12H time


    2.When system is turned on from the SLEEP MODE, In the home-screen , the Search Bar is maximized or like its popped. so i hid the search Bar on the taskbar. Later when its turned to Windows left down corner is maximized or popped.


    Please resolve this at the earliest
