Windows 10: Glitched blue screen

Hi there,I recently updated Windows 11, and ever since, this weird glitched blue screen keeps happening. I don’t need to be doing anything, even if my PC is idle, it does it every 5-10 minutes. I had no issues prior to updating, and now my PC is basically unusable.
