Windows 10: Glitched bluescreens

I recently changed CPUs from a 5 2600 to a 5 5600 and I just keep getting these glitches bluescreens like the photo I uploaded, it got so bad to the point everytime I would put in my pin I would bluescreen, nothing I've tried has fixed it so I did a clean windows install on a different drive, and the issue still persists, sometimes I can play video games for a bit, other times it bsod while it's doing nothing or again recently just from logging into the pc.I'm so lost, is there something wrong with the CPU itself? If it was software related a fresh Windows install should've fixed it. Any help
