    Glitched Bluescreens


    Hello,I built a new PC for the first time and I recently bought the CPU for it Ryzen 7 9700x. After setting everything up it started getting BSODs out of nowhere, like every 3min or sometimes even directly after I enter my PIN. I have tried MemTest86 and found out that one of the RAM sticks was having issues, so I removed it and tested it again with only 1, no errors this Time. After booting my PC it worked fine for 1 hour and then started getting BSOD again. This goes on for a while until I can use it for 1 hour again. I also tried DDU my CPU iGPU because I don’t have a GPU yet. I don’t kno

    Glitched bluescreens

    I recently changed CPUs from a 5 2600 to a 5 5600 and I just keep getting these glitches bluescreens like the photo I uploaded, it got so bad to the point everytime I would put in my pin I would bluescreen, nothing I've tried has fixed it so I did a clean windows install on a different drive, and the issue still persists, sometimes I can play video games for a bit, other times it bsod while it's doing nothing or again recently just from logging into the pc.

    I'm so lost, is there something wrong with the CPU itself? If it was software related a fresh Windows install should've fixed it. Any help is appreciated.

    Glitching After Updating To Windows 10

    Hi Ahsiek,

    Display errors might have caused by an incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to know the following:

    • What is the
      build number and version of your Windows      ?
    • When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
    • What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you update the graphics driver of your Windows 10 by following the steps given on this article:
