Windows 10: Glitching when running 3D softwares!

I have a laptop which is a bit old but in proper working condition, it even has intel core i7. I Formatted factory reset it 2 times, still when I open blender or ROBLOX it starts glitching. I would be very grateful to receive some help.

3D issues

I am using an ACER predator laptop with NVIDIA GFORCE GTX 980M.

I am using a 3D software for the mining industry and have run into issues with the software stalling and it has been suggested that it is a graphics card issue. Yes I have the absolute latest driver for the 980M and have done a clean install and made sure
that the computer uses the NVIDIA diver for the software and not the Intel one.

The 3D software has it's usual glitches, as all software products do, but I want to know if Microsoft is willing to work with me to get to the bottom of this issue.

3d Builder not working

• What exactly happens when you open 3d builder?
• Do you receive any error message or error code?

I suggest you to run the Windows 10 app troubleshooter and check.

Also do a Windows Store reset by following the steps below.

• 
  Right click on Start button and select “Command Prompt (Admin)”.
  
• 
  Type “wsreset.exe” and press enter.
