Windows 10: Glitchy Lenovo Laptop Keyboard

at first i thought it was just an issue with chrome; whenever I'd try to click on the Search bar my laptop wouldnt let me. then I couldn't do things in other program ie close notepad only if i press tab could i close it. that goes for every other program. pressing tab temporarily fixes any glitching, scroll up on discord, open up a popup tab in a game. another weird thing to note is that when i press the G or H key any word/letter prior to that button being pushed will be completely deleted. Not sure why this is so, why these keys specifically? i decided to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to my

Disabling laptop keyboard

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if that helps:

• Press Windows + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
• Find Keyboards in the list of devices and click the arrow to expand it.
  
• Right-click on the internal keyboard and click Disable. If there is no Disable option listed, click
  Uninstall.
• Click File>Exit. Your laptop’s internal keyboard should now be disabled.

Note: If you had to choose Uninstall instead of Disable in step 4, the keyboard will be automatically detected and re-installed if you ever have the Device Manager scan for new hardware for some reason. If that happens you’ll need to repeat this procedure
in order to uninstall it again.

Lenovo laptop wired keyboard backlight

What is the model number of this wired Lenovo wired keyboard? I will be checking the specs to see if it has backlight functionality or not.

In Lenovo laptops (i.e. built-in keyboards), Function Key + Space bar is something which turns on and off the backlight.
