Windows 10: Gmail account is listed in Windows - but it is not used at all in Windows

Discus and support Gmail account is listed in Windows - but it is not used at all in Windows in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I've done some Googling and Redditing on this with no luck.     Gmail account is listed in Windows - but it is not used at all in Windows


    I've done some Googling and Redditing on this with no luck. Hoping someone might have an idea what my issue is.But....I had a user update his work Workstation Dell P340 from Windows 10 to Windows 11. After updating to Windows 11 his personal Gmail account shows up under his Windows login account when you press the Windows button and is listed in email and accounts but he don't use it anywhere within Windows. His Windows login account is a local administrator account. If you look in his Windows Local Users and Groups, he only has his local account configured. If you go to a command prompt a
