Windows 10: Go daddy migration

I am migrating email accounts from Go Daddy to Microsoft 365. I was told to back up the email accounts to pst. files and then delete the Go Daddy essentials plan. Then re-import the email files. After backing up the files and deleting the essentials plan, the email account used to login to microsoft live is effectively non functional and I cannot get in. Not sure what to do now. That copy of Microsoft 365 is connected to your Go-Daddy account. It's not connected to your Microsoft account. You can't migrate Microsoft 365 from your Go-Daddy account to your Microsoft account.

I opened a microsoft 365 account with Go Daddy, then I went and bought a new windows computer, windows asked me to link an account so I entered the account I had with Go Daddy, the next day, I am trying to sign in to windows but the password didn't work, i even migrated my account to microsoft but still didn't work, ever since, I am locked out of my computer with no way to access anything beyond the login page.

• Does it happen every time you use video call on Skype?
• Have you done any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
• Have you tried updating any drivers?
