Windows 10: Goal Seek Abismally Slow

I recently migrated from Windows 8 to Windows 10 Enterprise. I am using Excel Office 365 MSO. Goal seek was running fine as it always has until migrating to Windows 10. It is now abismally slow, so slow that it is a worthless function. Please fix as soon as possible. Nothing other than the migration is the difference, same files yadda yadda.

I have searched and searched but cannot learn whether or not Goal Seek is supported or not.

In my view, plus, minus, multiplied by, divided by, SUM and Goal Seek are the most used features in Excel on a mobile device.

The phone has Microsoft Office.

In Microsoft Excel, on the phone, I cannot locate the Goal seek function.

Where is Excel Goal Seek in Office Mobile?
