Windows 10: Going back to windows 10 from windows 11 using a recovery drive

hello,so i am using windows 11 after upgrading it from windows 10. i have been using it for around 8 months. Now i want to go back to windows 10. I can't Go back using the regular "Go Back" option as it is grayed out. I have a recovery drive on a USB of windows 10 from when I first bought this laptop. Now my question is how can I go back to windows 10 using this recovery drive. If I can't then how can i downgrade to windows 10 safely without any needing any files. I just want a fresh installation of windows 10 that is activated. If anybody knows, please help.thank you.

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
