Windows 10: Going back to windows 7 from windows 10 after 30 days

Greetings.

For reasons of incompatibility between my Dell V515w printer & Windows 10 I want to revert to Windows 7 since when I had Windows 7, I installed & used the printer successfully for a long time. I was not aware of the incompatibility between Window 10 & the printer when I installed Windows 10 on my computer. For whatever reason, I did not have problems using the V515w printer while on Windows 10, until within the last week. I cannot get the color capacity to read full or contain any ink when I go to check the capacity. Accordingly, the printer won't print unless the color cartridge contains enough ink to do so. So, now I'm thinking that I installed the printer while I was on Windows 7, so I will go back to windows 7. I followed the most popular instruction which advises to go to Settings then to Recovery and I will be presented with an option to go back to Windows 7 or 8 whichever I was on when I went to Windows 10. The option is not presented. Does that mean I am stuck with Windows 10, or is there another way?
