Windows 10: Going to throw my computer out a window unless...

I have Windows 10. I'll be brief. LOL I have MAJOR PROBLEMS with my computer. I can't use Windows update-doesn't work. I can't type anything - with surprisingly the exception of this site. With most programs, including Task Manager, I get a "not responding" but they eventually work. Bottom line, I spend hours of wasted time trying to fix some of these problems and it hasn't worked. The only fix I haven't tried is a clean install which I''m desperate not to do. Any help is APPRECIATED..

The only task in that list that is not a part of the system task is the "FreeDownloadManagerNetworkMonitor". We suggest that you end the said task by going again to the

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
