PC randomly restarting with a Watchdog error bluescreen

So for the last few days I've been having my PC restart randomly into a bluescreen after all my monitors freeze during either gaming or watching youtube, it gives me a watchdog error on bluescreen on after rebooting, when I checked windows event I found this with multiple errors generated "The description for Event ID 7021 from source Netwtw12 cannot be found" along with something called e2fexpress error, I think its related to my network driver? which I'm pretty sure is updated, it generated a mini-dump log which I posted here, any help would be appreciated as Ive been having multiple issues with my PC and this is just adding to the trouble. GPU: ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 4090 Trinity OC
CPU: Intel Core i9-12900K
RAM: 32GB DDR5 6400
OS: Win 10
PSU: CORSAIR RMX Series RM1000x 80 Plus Gold Fully Modular ATX
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F Gaming WiFi
CPU Cooler: MSI MEG CoreLiquid S360 - AIO CPU Liquid Cooler
Storage:
- 2x M.2 1TB
- 1x SSD 4TB
- 1x M.2 4TB

I use 3 monitors and they are:
- LG Ultragear 32GN600-B 32 (119hz)
- LG Ultragear 32GN600-B 32 (119hz)
- 48" LG C1 OLED TV (Main Monitor, 120hz)

Hello,
I upgraded yesterday and everything looked okay, but today I keep getting bluescreen with watchdog violation error like every 10 minutes. I don't know if it is win10 bug or I messed something up myself -- today I got some kind of malicious malware after installing some programs, but I'm pretty sure I managed to get rid of it. Anyway it may have something to do with the problem, I don't know. I tried to restore system from the day before, for a moment it looked like it solved my issue but then it restarted with bluescreen again. Will reset of the whole windows help or is something better I can do? I'm considering downgrading as well, but I'm afraid that I will no longer be able to upgrade later on for free.

This problem has become quite persistent, and I've taken a few steps to address it, such as ensuring Windows is up-to-date, and confirming the good health of my PC's hard drive.
