Windows 10: Good disk cleanup app for windows 10

I use Advanced Disk Cleaner, free version on my Vista PC, but apparently they don't offer a Win10 v. I've heard that CC Clean (I think that's what it's called ) is a good one. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Usually the Windows.old file lasts for 10 days.

Have you tried Disk Cleanup? All apps, Windows Administrative, Disk Cleanup.

 

"Temporary files" doesn't get cleared when told to

I find disk cleanup more useful than Temporary file cleaner in the settings app(can say it is a bit buggy+doesn't offer expected results.)Use disk cleanup with system files and forget the temp cleaner:

Ccleaner is what most of us use,
I have used it for years
Never given me any problems and does it job

A word of warning.
CCleaner is what I use since day one. It is an effective program.
BUT, I would suggest that you stay away from using the Registry option listed on the left side.

+1 on both responses. Ccleaner. Been using it for years sans problems. Frequent updates to keep up with changing browsers etc...

Leave the registry alone. (IMO)

Additionally Intelligent Cookie Scan in Ccleaner is nice if you want to keep your log in information for common Sites. it won't get them all but it does pretty well. (it's on the "Options" tab on the left panel)
