Windows 10: Good wifi but lags in games

Hello.So I recently built a new PC and reset everything to start off fresh.Anyway, my PC is connected to a WiFi-Repeater and my WiFi is actually decent. But whenever I play CSGO or Rocket League my ping always goes up to 30-40 in CSGO and stays at 90 in Rocket League, which causes me to lag soooo badly. I never had this before!! It's not my FPS and I've also done some internet speed tests.what do i do???
