Windows 10: Google Chrome Doesnt Launch after Win 11 June 13 2023 Update KB5027231

There are many articles on the Internet where Google Chrome doesn't launch after the Windows 11 June 13 update. Even on twitter, etc.Need to know what Microsoft exactly changed which is having interference with third party security software's.Many users running third party security software's have seen the issue in their windows 11 after this update.Example: Malwarebytes, Cisco Endpoint Security, Trellix, etc.Microsoft has not mentioned anything concrete on what change they did to break chrome. Surprisingly their MS Edge which runs on top of Chromium code doesn't have any issues. A bad way to

Why is chrome not working after the June 23 KB5027231 update

We're currently experiencing issues with Malwarebytes Exploit Protection and Chrome in Windows 11 where you'll see Chrome crash. We suspect this is happening due to a Windows Update (KB5027231) that was released on June 13, 2023.

We're actively troubleshooting this and we'll be back with more info as soon as possible.

Microsoft Windows (KB5027231) Update is preventing me from opening Google Chrome

I have the same problem. Google Chrome was working fine. Then after installing June 14, 2023 update KB5027231 Google Chrome no longer opens. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing it and it still doesn't work. I have also tried rolling back and removing the KB5027231 update, and Google Chrome works fine once the update is removed. However, Windows has decided that this is a mandatory update and just re-installs the update breaking Google Chrome again. I can see chrome.exe running in task manager, but no application window ever opens. I am not using Malwarebytes.
