Windows 10: Google Chrome shows a blank screen

I shut down Google Chrome and when I opened it again, there was a blank screen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. No luck there. This occurred at a time when I had agreed to install Windows 11 on my computer, which installation failed several times. -- Coincidence? Now I believe that the Windows 11 installer has given up and it sends me no more messages about restarting my computer. That's fine with me, I'm ready to stick with windows 10, but would like to have Google Chrome back.I am using Firefox now. It might be worth noting that Bing does not work either, but I don't know when t

Since you already uninstalled Google Chrome using the Programs and Features, Google notifications may still be running in the background processes. We suggest that you follow these steps on how to end the Google Chrome process:

• On your keyboard, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
• Select Task Manager.
• Under Processes, locate Google Notifications or Google Chrome.
• Right click on them and select End Task.
• Double check under Programs and Features if Google Chrome is completely gone.
