Windows 10: Google Chrome taskbar and URL bar bottom and top have disappeared while in Gmail. How can...

I turned my keyboard upside down and some combo of keys were struck. I thought maybe Windows-F11 but that doesn't reverse it bring it back. Anyone know?

Google Chrome's Homepage centrally located search bar is gone. Only URL is there.

The Google search bar has disappeared when I click on my Google Chrome desktop icon. The URL bar is still there at the top but only that. Also in the top right corner was 1 click access to my Gmail account. That too has gone. Does anyone know how I
can restore that feature to my Google Homepage? or why it disappeared in the first place? Thanks!!

 

Disappearing top bar on Google and WhatsApp

Every so often (and frequently), for no discernible reason, the whole of the top bar of Google and WhatsApp disappears. Sometimes one, sometimes both. The only way to close the program down is to use Task Manager, but I then have to re-boot as reloading Google or WhatsApp just reloads the version without a top bar.
I don't even know where to start looking for a solution to this one!

Windows, Google, and WhatsApp are all up to date versions.

I suggest you to uninstall the application and download the setup files or install directly from Internet explorer by following the steps below:

• Open Internet explorer and type ‘www.google.com’ in the address bar.
• To will get a notification on the right side of the browser to download and install Google Chrome.
