  2. Windows HDR option within Windows 10 settings. Poor display quality when enabled.

Open chrome type in the url : chrome://flags , find ENABLE HDR be sure it is checked and enabled , close Chrome , set display to HDR you will have that **** looking desktop , open
Chrome , youtube find HDR content , play it and it should work but only the video content will be displayed correctly everything else will look like crap.

  3. HDR won't enable!

    Hi,

Whenever you play high dynamic range (HDR) videos in
    Windows 10
, your external HDR monitor or TV must be connected to a Windows 10 PC that has a supported graphics card with the supported drivers installed. To isolate your concern, we'd like to know if you're getting any error messages when trying to
    enable HDR.

In the meantime, you may check on this
    link
for more information about streaming HDR video on Windows 10.

We'll be looking forward to your response.
