    Google Chrome--Video Lag When I Change Tabs


    Just got a new gaming PC. Lately, whenever I'd watch videos on YouTube or other places, the video would be off-sync by like a second or so if I changed tabs and had the video running in the background. The problem corrects itself when I refresh that tab.

    I'm not sure if this has ANYTHING to do with my video card or G-Sync, but I just find this issue odd. Any ideas? And is there anything I can gather to provide more info? Thank you.

    Google Chrome Tabs.

    In Google Chrome, I can right click and open numerous links in a new tab. But when I click on the tab the program freezes and I'm forced to use Task Manager to close Google Chrome.

    When in Google Chrome / internet Explorer/ Microsoft Edge i have a page containing a list of hyperlinks to jpg's in it, what i need to do is that when i click one of those hyperlinks the image to be opened with windows picture
    viewer (default program selected), but instead it is opened in a new tab inside Google Chrome/ internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Is there any way to achieve the behavior i want ?
