Windows 10: Google Customer Reward Program Scam

Hi


I use two browsers concurrently, Edge and Chrome. Both get randomly redirected to this site: https://winmoreprize.com/in/n27/?zzz=111# which claims to conduct a survey and offers rewards as per Google Customer Reward Program. I've done some searching and found out that this is only a scam and probably my pc could be infected with some malware or adware, and followed the instructions how to remove it.


I don't have any unknown programs installed. I've done full and thorough scans using Windows Defender, Malwarebytes and Zemana but none could find anything. I've also cleaned my browsers thoroughly: checked extensions and plugins and deleted all history and cookies but the problem still persists!


Any ideas how to get rid of this annoying scam? Thanks in advance.

did you forward it to valve? i know someone on my friends list that sent them an email about a scam thing some time ago and was rewarded =D

Few days back I got an SMS from '066292' stated "Your mobile number has won 500,000" GBP and Nokia Lumia 920 in UK mobile darws to claim send your Name / Address / Number / Age / Sex to: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***"



If someone else has also recieved some similar kind of message please don't send in your details. It seems like a scam or phishing.



Please verify first before sending your any detail these kind of scams are really on these days. So guys please be-aware.
