    I know the basic program is free but they want me to upgrade to get technical support. Is that free also. If not do you know what it costs.

    What is the issue you are having with Google Drive?

    With whom did you speak ("They") that wanted you to upgrade, and upgrade to what specific product? Google apps for business perhaps?
