Windows 10: Google Earth Pro... for who?

I needed to use Google Earth tonight. I found the Chrome version too limiting, so I downloaded a copy. I'm running Windows 10 and of course it's the latest update (it's not like we have a choice there, right?) So I launch the thing and it looks great! Just one little problem. It can't move. It's got all the options on the left side. I can log in. Except for the fact that the Earth part of Google Earth is completely non-functional it was a wonderful experience!

Is there any version of Google Earth that actually works with Windows 10?

Regarding your concern, you can uninstall the new Google Earth Pro, then download and run the previous version of Google Earth pro 7.1.8.3036.

I am attempting to install Google Earth Pro after downloading. I get an error message "1603" and the suggested troubleshooter/fix doesn't solve the problem. What is the solution?
