Windows 10: Google meet on DELL can't hear audio file from laptop

Hi there! I'm using a DELL Inspiron 15 3520. I have trouble with playing audio file from my laptop when I use google meet, sometimes my students can hear and sometimes can't. The technician said because window version sometimes works and sometimes don't with this feature, so every time he just keeps reinstall window until it works. It took me 3-4 hours waiting every time so exhausting! Is there any way to fix that? Or can you help me with the link to guide how to reinstall win 11 without USB? Also I tried to replace circus with realtek which works perfectly for audio in google meet but can

Audio from Google Meet share tab is being filtered

Hello

During a meeting through Google Meet, I can't hear audio from the screen share well.

My browser is Firefox.

They were sharing a tab from YouTube, and it was heard to hear.

Later a video with BGM was shared, and the BGM was cut off.

I tested with an Apple iPhone and the sounds were normal.

I assume it was a call audio filter feature from Windows.

Please help me remove it.

Can't hear other app audio when in a Zoom meeting

When I am in a zoom meeting, I am unable to hear anything except for the audio from the meeting. This does not mean that I cannot hear other participants in the meeting, just that if there is another app with audio playing at the same time, I cannot hear
it. I don't know anyone else with this problem and can't find any help on this issue on the Zoom help website. I use a Bluetooth headset, and all my drivers are up to date. I can hear sounds from other apps only when I am not in a meeting.
