Windows 10: Google temp file after downloading a file

hi i downloaded a large file from mega and i have a file with the same size but the file just called "00000121" and the type is "file" and the file is in "C:\Users\MyUser\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Profile 3\File System\006\p\01", i still have the original file in my pc, can i delete the temp file?

Temp files can only be deleted if the have no relation to apps or are locked. As an example any app downloading files for itself (Bluetooth, UCbrowser, Youtube downloader) store their downloaded files in their own area under 'temp files' and if you want to
remove those you need to do so through those apps.

Generally I would suggest using the search function here and something called Google as it is a very frequently asked and answered question.

 

Temp Files : Runaway Creation

Windows Temporary files are created by the operating system during the normal course of its running when there may not be enough memory allocated for the task.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to delete temporary files nad check if it helps:

Step 1

• Press Windows key + R
• Type temp and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 2

• Press Windows key + R
• Type %temp% and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Step 3

• Press Windows key + R
• Type prefetch and click OK
• Press Ctrl + A and click Delete

Temp file in File Explorer

Following a recent update, the Excel temp file shows up in File Explorer, as it should, but then it disappears, then pops up again, then disappears and pops up again, erratic but about every one or two seconds. As it appears at the top of the list, each
time it appears it moves all files down a row, and it does it so fast it is difficult to click on any file below it, as they are all constantly moving up or down. The Word temp file stays there like it should. Suggestions?
