Cannot log in Microsoft Store with another user account - NIP issue but NIP is correct

Hi,

I'm currently having some issues with my computers (Windows 11) at home.

On the same computer :

- Using my Microsoft Account, I can open a Windows Session with a correct NIP, I can open the Microsoft store.

- If I log on the same computer with one of my family accounts (child account), with their NIP, they can open the Microsoft Store. But if I want to connect my user account on their Microsoft store, I log using my email, get a request on my authenticator, and then I'm asked to enter my PIN but it always fails there, saying that my NIP is incorrect, even though I used the correct NIP to open my Windows session on the same computer.

I have two child accounts with the that behavior and two other that works, on the same computers

Does anyone have an idea what could cause this on two child accounts but would work on two others, that are part of the same family?

However, when you try to log in to the Microsoft Store using your child account, you are unable to do so and receive an error message stating that your NIP is incorrect.

It's possible that there may be an issue with the child accounts that are experiencing this problem. You mentioned that two of your child accounts are affected while two others are not. This could indicate that there may be some differences in the settings or permissions of the accounts that are causing the issue.

One thing you could try is to check the account settings for the affected child accounts and compare them to the settings for the accounts that are working properly. You may want to pay particular attention to the settings related to parental controls and app permissions.

If you're still having trouble after checking the account settings, you may want to try resetting the Microsoft Store app. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.

2. Type wsreset.exe and press Enter.

3. Wait for the command to complete and then try logging in to the Microsoft Store again.

Impossible to connect to microsoft store because of window hello nip.

Hi, I can't currently access microsoft store because of the window hello nip. I never had it before and now when I try to put one they say that my organisation doesn't have the ressource while its a personal account. I even search the internet were the solution was to remove the ngc document, that I didn't have on my computer. So I don't know why is like that, is there a solution or should i just burn my pc ?
