help some one i am facing the same problem currently have tried all possible solutions online to no avail

Acer R 11 Windows 10. Did a normal update and now touch mode doesn't work

To address this concern, we suggest that you follow these steps on how to update your touch screen drivers:

• Go to Device Manager.
• Click Human Interface Devices.
• Right-click HID-compliant touch screen and click Properties.
• Go to Driver tab.
• Select Update Driver.
• Click OK.

No responce to touch on Acer touchscreen

Acer TC-710-UR53 w/ Win10 recognizes "generic" monitor (Acer FT200HQL touchscreen). Looks beautiful, work w/ trackball mouse, BUT no touch reaction. Not listed in HID or pointers of Device Manager. ?Missing driver from Acer?
