Windows 10: Got a 0x000000c2

Ok, this dang computer just does not want to stop giving me problems. I had some trouble with this last month and now it wants to go at it again. On that problem I it was the wifi card and I had updated it but I did not uninstall it per the advice here due to me scared about it not coming back. Now I am wondering if this problem is still the wifi adapter.

What error code is show up ?
