Windows 10: got a accer laptop with windows 11 and downgraded it to windows 10 and sound stopped...

just got an accer laptop with windows 11 and downgraded to windows 10 but the audio stopped working with an red x on the volume icon tried to click it and a get help poped up and search,deleted,reinstalled driver try a lot of stuff and didnt work so i tried to re download windows 11 and it says onedrive doesn't have enough space and at this point i dont know what to do

I am having a few issues with my Accer laptop now that I have installed windows 10

It seems to take longer to log in

I cannot copy or view pictures from my SD card?
