Windows 10: Got a BSOD error. What does this BugCheck mean in WinDbg?

(BSOD) bugcheck was: 0x000000a0 INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR

Has any one got this BSOD when stress testing a overclock before? i can get the minidump if some one can read it for me i was trying for 4.5Ghz @ 1.31v and after around 20min of stressing i would get this BSOD and it would shut my system down not even sure i saw a BSOD just a shutdown?

 

BSOD - "UNKNOWN BUGCHECK CODE"

Since moving to Windows 11 last fall, I've been experiencing frequent BSOD system resets (currently, once very 1-2 days). Thanks to help from this community, I resolved one of the bugchecks caused by the mediatek wifi driver. However, tonight I experienced a BSOD with bugcheck code "1aa". Windbg says it is an "unknown bugcheck code" - not sure why windbg says it's "unknown" - my research shows it as EXCEPTION_ON_INVALID_STACK

any thoughts or input on what have caused this appreciated.

What I've tried so far:

• Memory test (numerous times, no failures identified)
  
• Chkdsk on all disks (no failures noted)
  
• DISM - no component store corruption detected
  
• SFC - no errors found
  
• Swapped motherboard
  
• Swapped PSU
  
• Reseated all installed components

BSOD where WinDbg suspects ntkrnlmp.exe


Hello.

I have been having BSOD issues for the last several months on this laptop. They most commonly appear when I'm playing music and/or games, and it has gotten to the point where I am hesitant to even play online games anymore, as I often end up getting a BSOD in the middle of a game.

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 hoping that it may help things, but it did not. I followed a WinDbg guide (from sevenforums I believe) and found that one of my video drivers was failing, so I updated that and my BSOD issues have become less frequent, but they still persist. The most recent crashes blame ntkrnlmp.exe and the reading I've done suggests that ntkrnlmp.exe is most likely a red herring and the actual issue lies elsewhere. I tried running Prime95's Blend Test, but it just caused my computer to BSOD after 10-15 minutes, and all of the tests in the log succeeded. Event viewer lists recent bugchecks as 0x0000003d and 0x0000001a.

I don't really know where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
