Windows 10: Got a Security Warning - "Threat_Detected-!!Dridex!! Malware"

Got a Security Warning on my laptop, telling me to call Microsoft Helpline immediately to report this threat @+1-855-912-2447. "Threat_Detected-!!Dridex!! Malware"I took a photo of the screen.This looks like it could be a hacking attempt. I called the # above and talked to a person who identified himself as "Brian Watson - a MS employee with ID # MS86905D.I need to know if this is a legitimate threat & if so how to fix it - ASAP!!Tracy

Because of the "closed" system that Microsoft uses on Windows Phone it is virtually impossible to get a virus on Windows Phone. The dridex Trojan is (from what I understand) is transmitted via a Word document. It would not be able to get into and move
through your device.
