Windows 10: Got a touch screen orientation changes to different way up from image.

I work at a visitor attraction, we've got a large screen exhibit that has a person sized image that matches the movements of the user. After it's been on for more than about ten minutes, the screen stays in portrait, but the touch screen changes to landscape, meaning that where you have to press to change settings, doesn't match the image. If we restart it, it reverts, but changes again soon enough

There's an option on Windows 10 to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. We recommend following these steps on how to switch the screen orientation from portrait to landscape:

• On Cortana search, type display settings.
• Choose Display settings from the list.
• Under Orientation, select on Landscape and click

I have followed the instructions to change the screen's orientation but the result is that it it upside down! Have tried several times to get it the right way up; any suggestions would be very welcome.
