    Got an all-in-one HP TouchSmart 7320 stuck on “Press the Esc” screen


    After regular restart my pc just stuck on “Press the ESC button for the setup menu” screen and what is even worse, my keyboard and mouse are not responding, neither in any other port, nor any other keyboard or mouse. I thought of HDD at first and went to local market to get a new one, but still can’t overcome this menu to get through setup menu due to keyboard inactivity. However ports are not damaged and all are responding to multimeter. I have no idea what’s going on with this pc but it’s sad that I can’t use it anymore. Please help me solve this difficult puzzle.

    Pc stuck on logo screen when I try to boot into troubleshoot mode, it is stuck on “Press the ESC key for startup menu” when I press Esc nothing happens, it is getting frustrating.

    I had installed some drivers from HP official website and now my PC is stuck on starting logo screen and when I try to boot into troubleshoot mode by repeatedly pressing F11, F9,ESC, etc keys is in it loads the screen and I get this option to press the ESC key for the start-up menu but nothing happens when I press the esc key.
